We currently ship ONLY in the United States. Due to these are limited items, we inform customers to always double check before checkout. For our shipping policy Vntage is not accountable for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information states that your package is in transit/delivered to your address and you did not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) or other shipping companies that was used (FedEx, UPS etc). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS or other companies that were mentioned above.
